We invite you to EXHIBIT at the 24th Annual Pittsburgh Pastoral Care Conference on
Friday, April 19, 2024 at Christ United Methodist Church in Bethel Park.

The conference reaches clergy and laity representing many denominations in the greater
Pittsburgh region. Its purpose is to educate pastors, professionals, and caregivers with the
latest information about addiction and recovery, mental health and wellness, family and
marriage, community outreach, and other ministry areas. It also provides a time of fellow-
ship and reflection for clergy, counselors, social workers and caregivers.

Our keynote speaker is The Rev. Kimberly Wagner, Assistant Professor at Princeton
Theological Seminary who will speak on collective trauma. In addition, we have many local
speakers sharing their knowledge and expertise on a variety of current pastoral care issues.
We welcome your organization to Exhibit at the conference for $150. Due to space limitations, we are able to provide 20 organizations to exhibit. Sponsors can register on-line by clicking on the Registration tab and click on Register for $50 and making a $100 donation (Total $150 for Exhibit Table).

After  you register, you will be routed to PayPal where you can pay with a credit card. If you prefer, you can also send a $150 check payable to The Oasis and mailed to above address along with the completed Exhibit Form. If you have any questions, please email me.

We have a few new things this year — each exhibitor will have a free registration for someone in your organization to attend. Please email me if you wish to bring someone with you. Also, we will be setting up lunch tables in the Exhibit area so that more people will be able to visit. Lastly, we will raffle some gifts to those who visit all 20 tables. Please note that Exhibit Tables need to be set up by 8am and taken down by 3pm and please bring a tablecloth for a 6’ table.
